One to ones are a space to move from overwhelm toward greater ease. Together, we look at your child’s needs, your family rhythms, and the areas that feel stuck, whether that’s learning differences, ADHD, or attention challenges at home or school. I offer practical strategies, developmental insight, and tools that align with your values and daily life.
While primarily for parents, I also work with older students who benefit from structure, executive functioning support, and gentle shifts in habits and routines that promote long-term well-being.
Schedule your virtual one to one session to receive personalized guidance and clarity for everyday life at home.
Begin by booking a one-on-one session at a time that works best for you.
support, connection, beginning
In a virtual session, we’ll talk through your questions and challenges. You’ll leave with practical tools, developmental insight, and shifts to bring more ease to daily life.
listening, insight, strategies
You can schedule one session or return for ongoing support whenever it feels helpful.
flexibility, continuity, grounding
One to ones are not therapy. They are short-term, practical, and solution-focused. Sessions may address everyday parenting challenges, learning differences, ADHD, or attention struggles, always with a whole-child lens. If therapy or longer-term treatment is needed, I’ll help connect you with the right professional.
Sessions are primarily for parents, though I also work individually with high school students who may benefit from learning strategies, executive functioning support, and confidence-building.
When you click “Book a Session,” you’ll be taken to my secure scheduling page. From there, you can choose a time that works best for you. Before confirming, you’ll be prompted to set up a Client Portal account. This gives you a simple way to manage appointments, complete intake forms, and make payments all in one place.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are still billed at the full fee.
Sessions are $180 per 1 hour session.
I do not bill insurance directly. Some families are able to use HSA/FSA funds, depending on their plan.
Yes. Some families find value in a single session, while others choose to return for ongoing support. Sessions may address immediate parenting concerns, learning differences, or ADHD-related challenges.
